Till now, Lumpi virus has created havoc in neighboring country Nepal, but the condition of cattle farmers in the districts adjacent to the India-Nepal border is becoming worse due to Lumpi virus. Due to Lumpy virus, such diseases are being seen in animals which are leading to death, due to which there has been a lot of concern among the animal farmers.
